Your breakfast includes two mini bakeries (either butter croissant, chocolate croissant, or raisin Danish, depending on daily availability), sliced ​​French baguette, and eggs prepared any style: scrambled, sunny side up, or as an omelette. – Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
– A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charges. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; An additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards for your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

– Q: Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A: We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of 150,000 IDR per tray. Breakfast on each tray can be shared between four guests. You can place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
– A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 10 people which means that the 9th and 10th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra beds should you have more than 8 people.
